Professional Background
Jade Peckham is a PhD candidate at the University of Huddersfield. She holds a master's degree in forensic archaeology and genocide investigation and a bachelor's degree in forensic investigation from the University of Staffordshire. Her doctoral studies explore the interconnection of Holocaust perpetrator material culture, ethics, and museology.
Fellowship Research
While at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum as a Sosland Foundation Fellow, Jade Peckham will conduct research on the ethical challenges of displaying Nazi material culture in museums. Her work encompasses methodologies from archaeology, archival analysis, museology, digital preservation, philosophy, and the fundamentals of ethics.
