How can a violin preserve the memory of a family and Romani culture? 

Gabriel Reinhardt studied at a music conservatory in Stuttgart, Germany, and played violin in an orchestra and a band. But his life—and the lives of his family and community members—were upended when the Nazis escalated persecution against Romani people.
