Program Overview
The Museum’s Bringing the Lessons Home (BTLH) program introduces Washington, DC-area high school students to Holocaust history and encourages them to share its lessons with their family, friends, and community.
Program Details

Explore the history of the Holocaust and why it happened on Saturdays at the Museum throughout the spring 2024. (You will receive the final schedule upon acceptance to the program.)

During the 14-week program, you will receive training to serve as a tour guide for the Museum’s main exhibition.

Upon graduation from the program, you will become a BTLH student ambassador.

You will earn up to 50 credit hours of community service.

You are eligible to participate in the Stephen Tyrone Johns Summer Youth Leadership Program.

Students in 9th–12th grade from schools in the Washington, DC, area may apply for this program.

There is no tuition fee for accepted students.
