The Museum Teacher Fellowship Program seeks to train educators to become leaders in Holocaust education. The Fellows are a national corps who assist the Museum’s mission to promote quality Holocaust education, rooted in accurate history and responsible pedagogy.

The Museum’s teacher training program reinforces that learning how and why the Holocaust happened is essential to education in America and strengthens students' critical thinking about their societal roles.

Museum Teacher Fellows receive a $1,500 stipend to offset travel expenses for each trip to Washington, DC (hotel and most meals provided) and a $2,000 honorarium for their work during the Fellowship year, payable after completing all requirements. You are not a Museum Teacher Fellow until you complete the full Fellowship year and meet all program requirements.
