On December 17, 2013, Immigration and Customs Enforcement formally handed over to the Museum the diary of Alfred Rosenberg, an early member and intellectual leader of the Nazi Party. The ceremony marked the culmination of the Museum’s 17-year effort to acquire the diary. In this video, Jürgen Matthäus, director of Applied Research Scholars at the Museum’s Mandel Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies, provides an overview of the diary and its significance.
