This letter denies Iurcich's request for liberation due to a recent increase in rebel activity in Pola. Iurcich's son is accused of having evaded his ship to join the rebels. Thus, his mother and sister were interned in Frachette Alatri. The Ministry fears that granting them liberation would be a sign of weakness. The letter contains the names of Iuricich's three children.
