This is the testimony of Celina van Cleef (married name Neyhoft), a survivor of the transport from Westerbork to Brikenau on April 5, 1944. The document includes her date and place of birth, her postwar address, and her prisoner number at Birkenau. It also provides a list of 9 people (it looks like more may have been on the original, but it was folded at the time of microfilming) from her transport and their fates. For each person is listed the first name, last name, maiden name if appropriate, and their fate (usually that he or she died in Birkenau).
