Some numbers skipped (deceased prisoners,

There are a handful of Jehovahs Witness and Par. 175 cases here, e.g., under TRANSFERS - consecutive numbers 28 and 31; under RELEASES 1, 13, 17, 182, 148, 134, 182, 234, 248, 360; under DEATHS - 408, 2325. Some of these are mixed into the aggregate entries and it is unclear how many prisoners are so classified.
