This is the testimony of a survivor of the transport out of Westerbork on October 23, 1942. In addition to his name, date and place of birth, and former and postwar addresses, the document includes information about at least 4 of his fellow prisoners. These include 1 man, a doctor who was in Dörnhau, and 3 men who were in Ellenburg (all on page 6). The information includes at minimum each person's last name and sometimes his first name and place of origin as well. There is also a reference to an unnamed Belgian dwarf.
