This is the testimony of a survivor of the transport out of Westerbork on October 23, 1942. In addition to the survivor's name, date and place of birth, and former and postwar addresses, the document identifies a number of other prisoners the survivor encountered, including 9 men who were in Königshütte (page 2), 7 men who were in Joannsdorf (page 3), 21 men at Kochanowitz (pages 4-5), 10 men who were in Blechhammer (page 7), and 2 men who were in Buchenwald (pae 9). Some of the men were in more than one camp with Tertaas. The information about each man always includes his last name and usually his first name. His nationality and, if Dutch, his city of orgiin, are usually also given.
