Notes:
This is the postwar testimony of Moses Koster, a survivor of the transport of September 14, 1942, from Westerbork. In additionto his name and place of birth, occupation, and postwar address, the document includes information about roughly 65 of his fellow prisoners (some are mentioned more than once). There are 19 people who were with him in Johannsdorf. The information about them includes last names, sometimes first names, sometimes age estimates, and their fates. There are also 6 people who were with him in Blechhammer with similar information. In addition, there are three lists with names from transports from Westerbork to Auschwitz, including 36 from the September 14, 1942, 2 from September 7, 1942, and 5 from October 5, 1942. These lists include each person's last name, first initial, date of birth, and fate if known.
