This is the testimony of a survivor of the transport from Westerbork on October 2, 1942. In addition to the information in the title and the survivor's former and current addresses, there is information on about 30 other prisoners, sometimes mentioned only by last name and sometimes by first and last. There are six men who were in Schoppinitz. On page 6, there is a list of 13 people who were in the camp with him, includiing in many cases their fates.
