In addition to his date of birth, occupation, and address, the document includes the names of 23 other men, including 3 men in his barrack at Blechhammer (information includes last name, most of the first names, places of origin, approximate ages, and fates, if known) and 19 men who were on the September 14, 1942, transport (including their last and first names, dates of birth, and eventual fates, if known).
