This is the testimony of Louis van der Kamp, who survived the transport from Westerbork on November 2, 1942. In addition to his name, date of birth, occupation, and address, the document includes information about approximately 60 other prisoners whom van der Kamp encountered in different camps. These include 4 men who were on the initial transport with him, 4 who were in Annaberg, 3 who were in Gogolin, 8 who were in Blechhammer, 40 who were in Gleiwitz, and one more prisoner. The information provided for each prisoner various but always includes his last name and usually his first name. Sometimes his approximate age, place of origin, and/or fate are included as well.
