This is the testimony of Leandert Stouwer, a survivor of the transport from Westerbork on November 2, 1942. In addition to his name, date and place of birth, occupation, and address, the document includes information about approximately 14 other prisoners whom Stouwer encountered. These include 3 men who were in Gleiwitz, 5 who were in Blechhammer, and 1 other prisoner who was eventually liberated. For each of these men is provided the last name and usually the first name or initial as well as his eventual fate. There are an additional 5 men who were on the transport out of Westerbork on November 2, 1942. The document includes each man's last and first names, date of birth, and fate.
