This is the testimony of Lion Simon Winnik, a survivor of the transport from Westerbork on October 2, 1942. In addition to his name, date and place of birth, occupation, and address, the document also mentions prisoners he knew. He mentioned 8 people who were in Schoppinitz, 9 who were in Blechhammer. Sometimes he mentioned only the last name, sometimes first and last, and sometimes approximate ages as well. There is also a listing of 13 more people in Blechhammer, including last and first names, approximate ages, and fates, and the last name and age of 1 Dutch Jew who was in Buchenwald. There is also a list of 5 people who were on the transport from Westerbork to Auschwitz on October 2, 1942, 1 each on the transports of September 14 and November 16, 1942, 2 on the transport of November 6, 1942, 5 on the transport of November 10, 1942, and 3 on the transport of November 2, 1942.
