In addition to the information in the title and his current and former address, the document includes the names, sometimes last name only, of about 14 other prisoners whom he knew. On page 2, he mentioned 2 people who were in Gogolin with him and on page 4, 3 more who were at Schoppinitz. On page 5, there are 2 more men who were at Schoppinitz along with their approxmiate ages.
