Covers victims from Adamovka, Barilov, Broshnev, Czarny Dunajec, Dmitrov, Gorlice, Gritsovola, Gulyaev, Jablonka, Kalusz, Kroscienko, Lopatin, Nestanitse, Nikolaev, Nivitse, Novy Vitkov, Nowy Targ, Nouvoukrainka, Pereginsko, Radekhov, Radomysl Wielki, Rava Russkaya, Rawka-Zdroj, Rozhnyatov, Rudki, Sambor, Shchurovitsa, Sinkov, Skrylov, Sokal, Stanislavchik, Stoyanov, Stremilche, Strzyzow, Tarnobrzeg, Tartakov, Toporov, Turka, Ugnev, Vygoda, Wieliczka, Yaryshev, Yavorov, Zakopanie, Zaliski, Zavidche, Zborov, and Zolochev.

- "In original lists names are spelled in Hebrew or Yiddish. Only names derived from Polish common words with Polish suffixes were transliterated to Polish. All other names were transliterated to modern German spelling. In many cases, it was impossible to find a unique version because the reading of several Hebrew characters, and. moreover, in Hebrew spelling some vowels have no corresponding sign."
