Provenance:
"The author's effort is unique even in the whole country, since the death toll of the Second World War has not been processed in any of the counties so far. However, the sources were rather scanty, therefore we used the work of several hundred data providers. In spite of all this, we were not able to register the exact number of the victims -- soldiers, civil people and Jews --, the data require further investigation."--P. 178, The Namelist of the victims of Somogy County in World War II broken down to villages [English synopsis].
