Abstract:
Memorial book which chronicles Jewish life in Coburg, Germany and the fate of Coburg's Jews in the Holocaust. Pages 130-136 list separate deportations, by date, of c. 60 Coburg Jews: one to Riga, one to Izbica (near Lublin), and one to Theresienstadt. Entries include date of birth and occasionally fate. Page 319-324 lists c. 170 Coburg residents between 1933 and 1942 and their last known Coburg street addresses. Page 325 lists Jewish-owned businesses in Coburg, whose names often contain family names.
