- Contains four name lists:
- 1.) an alphabetical listing of 1,125 handicapped Poles deported from Dachau to Hartheim in 1942 (p. 382-411), the entries of which include birthdate and place, residence and death date.
- 2.) an alphabetical listing of 94 Dachau prisoners who were infected with malaria during a medical experiment (p. 413-414), the entries of which include prisoner number, date of infection and age.
- 3.) an alphabetical listing of 31 Soviet POW officers executed on February 22, 1944 (p. 418), the entries of which include year of birth.
- 4.) an alphabetical listing of 90 Soviet POW officers executed on September 4, 1944 (p. 419), the entries of which include birthdate.
