This series of lists (most of folder 106W60) was compiled by the Director of Camp Voves for the Prefect of Eure-et-Loir. Each internee was put in to one of two categories, which is indicated in the "Observations" field. The two categories are:
-"à tranférer"/"to be transferred": These internees were suspected of espousing propaganda in the camp, or were considered particularly dangerous (instigators, Jews".
-"à maintenir"/"to keep": These internees had already signed a pledge of honor, or never drew too much attention and were not considered a threat
