This is a testimony of a survivor of the October 19, 1943, transport from Westerbork to Auschwitz. In addition to the information about him in the title, the document also includes his prewar and postwar addresses and his prisoner number at Auschwitz-Birkenau. He mentions his encounters with Greek, French, Hungarian, and Polish prisoners but doesn not name them. He also identifies a fellow Dutch prisoner, one of his friends, by name.
