Title taken from collection inventory. File contains cover letters and information in German , French, and Polish. List was constructed in the postwar, date not clear. Files contains correspondence between postwar agencies requesting and supplying list. Includes disclaimer: not all relevant names are listed because the camp's records ("die Dokumentation des Lagers") did not survive. There are gaps in the record of the starting point of transports to the camp. But at least 13 transports contained only nationals of these two states. The German and Polish cover letters proceed to list the prisoner numbers attached to these transports.
The second date behind names in this list indicates death date of the Gross Rosen prisoner or the name of the camp to which the prisoner was sent and new prisoner number received ("Name des Lagers, in das er übergestellt wurde und die dort erhaltene Nr."). Abbreviations of other camps given (e.g., Ma is Mauthausen, Mi is Mittelbau-Dora). Original sources (generating agency?) for this list included entry lists for Buchenwald, Flossenburg, Mauthausen, and Mittelbau; loose documents from Sachsenhausen concentration camp; "Revier-Unterlage" from Gross Rosen camp; and death cards (Sterbezettel) from Gross Rosen camp.
