Paragraph IV of 6th Labor Battalion order no. 37 names two Jewish converts to Christianity who were transfered from work groups of the 6th Labor Battalion, on authority of the 8th regional office at Momchilgrad of the Bureau of Temporary Labor Service. The men were Raicho Naftali Abolash from Sofia, who had been with the 5th Work Group, and Metodii Iosif Marinov, formerly surnamed Menashe, of the 6th Work Group. The date of the transfer was July 1, 1944 for both men. No date was given for the reported religious conversion.
