Poppy Seed Cake
(nite Od Maka)
Mix well until it foams 5 egg yolks, 15 dkg sugar and 15 dkg butter. Then add 7 dkg almonds or hazelnut, a few drops of rum, 15 dkg poppy seeds and 5 egg whites, beaten. Mix well and bake for ¾ of an hour. When baked, the cake may be covered with chocolate icing (chocolate mixed with butter).
