I'm afraid I did make an obvious mistake with that. I do believe that the Roza that was born in 1931 may be the child who signed the album because her occupation is labeled as a student in the right age range.

I agree--if you are looking for the student who signed the album, you should probably be looking for someone born between 1926 and 1932, since we know the signer attended school #10b. The Roza you have listed was born in 1931, a year that falls within that range. With history this messy, sometimes dates are all that makes sure we're looking at the same person throughout our research. Good work and good luck with the stages that follow!

We often see names, like Rojza and Roza, that are analogous but one letter off. This is due often to a language barrier (what sounds like "Rojza" to a Polish speaker might seem to be "Roza" to someone who speaks German), or to a transcription issue between different alphabets and handwritten/typed documents. Why do you think she is the person who signed the album?
