Gender: girl
School:
Gymnasium and high school for girls
Gymnasium and high school students were typically between 14 and 20 years old. A gymnasium student in September 1941 was likely born between 1921 and 1927.
The gymnasium and high school for girls was located on Otylii. The street name was changed to Ottilienstrasse when German occupation began in 1939. See
www.lodz-ghetto.com for a map of Otylii and the rest of the Lodz ghetto.

User Comment:
In the notes, there is a part that says Zdwola AG 3.7.44; This makes me believe that either the address of the person was changed in March 1944 to somewhere (as research has suggested) called "Zdunska Wola" or this person left the ghetto. All research points to this as a deportation/transfer, but nothing is clear beyond that. As stated in my discussion post, this person's name, age, and gender match - or at least fall into a pattern consistent with the research.

I agree this is the person who signed this name in the album. In 1941 she would have been 16 years old, the right age to attend Gymnasium. Remember that dates are entered here with the day first, then the month--we know she was still in the ghetto as late as July 1944, not March.
