So, even though their birthday's are different (1924 and 1927 respectively), it looks like Abram Reichert and Abram Rajchert are probably the same person since they both lived at MATROSEN 5 Flat 20 and SCHLAGET 56. There are no other good candidates who match "A. Reichert." So, I think the odds are overwhelmingly in favor of both these boys being the same person. Now we just need to nail down whether he was born in 1924 or 1927!
