When searching for Jakub, 6 results came up, two of them having appropriate birthdays. I was able to rule out Jakub Uszer because his occupation was Sohn, and Jakub Fajwisz's occupation was Schueler.

I agree this is one possible candidate to have signed this name in the album. Jakub Uszer is also a possibility--Sohn means "son" in German, and we have found other students who were listed as Sohn or Tochter (daughter) in the database. Additionally, there's a Jakob Zylbersztajn, born in 1933, who I believe is also a likely candidate. What do you think?
