User Comment:
Found evidence of Baruch Monter, date of birth matches to how old the child should be. Baruch vs Boruch could have easily been a misspelling or hard to read handwriting. Also lists occupation as Schueler. Notes say AUSG TR 4/2, suggesting deportation to Chelmno, not sure what 4/2 means?
Approver Comment:
We often see Baruch and Boruch as analogues for one another--Yiddish and Polish spellings, perhaps?--so, coupled with his date of birth, which is reasonable for school #21b, I think you've found the person who signed this name in the album. Thank you for adding the additional address to this stage and correcting the date of birth.

4/2 refers to the transport number, rather than a date. You can add this number to the appropriate field on the next stage.

User Comment:
Upon searching the last name Monter in the inhabitants database I came across Pinches (born 1886) and Ruchla (born 1890) who both have the same 2 listed addresses (Hamburger and Berliner) coupled with their date of births and Ruchla listed as Hausfra occupation, leads me to believe these were Baruch's parents. Both are listed as GEST in notes suggesting they died.

I agree you have found Baruch's parents. Have you found any more information on what happened to him?
