There were two entries listed for Mendel Dembina, but they are the same person because they share the same birthdate, address and the exact same name. The only difference is one contains an extra note AUSG TR 8 which I assume was his deportation.

I agree that you have found the person who signed this name in the album. In 1941, Izrael/Mendel would have been 10 years old, the right age to attend school #21b. Make sure you look for both versions of the name in the next stages.
