I agree you've found the student who most likely signed this name in the album. In 1941 he would have been 10 years old, the right age to attend school #20A. In the future, please leave a note in the "research notes" field explaining how you determined this was the person who signed the album.
I agree that AUSG denotes a deportation. The early September 1942 Gehsperre-Aktion, where thousands of children were sent to Chelmno and murdered, is believed to have concluded on September 12, 1942, but it is possible that the date in Josef's record represents a typographic error. Can you find out anything else about this date?
