User Comment:

In a search for R* Grabina, Rachela's was the only name that came up. In addition, her birthdate made her the right age to have attended School #19A.

Approver Comment:
I agree that Icek Lajb Hauser is the most likely candidate to have signed this name in the album. As you suggest, in 1941 she would have been 11 years old, the right age to attend school #19a.

User Comment:

I matched Rachela to her family by connecting matching addresses. Rachela lived with her grandmother, Golda (b. 1868) (there was no place to list her above), her mother, Ita (b. 1901), and her sister, Adela (b. 1935).

Ita, Rachela, and Adela were all deported on March 28, 1942, during the month of daily deportations to Chelmno. Golda moved to Inselstrasse 19 on July 28, 1942, before perishing of currently unknown causes on August 12, 1942.

Thank you for adding her family to the record. Given their deportation date we have to assume that the family was killed in Chelmno. Thank you for your research!
