Lida Listowska came up with no results however when I searched L* Listowska, I found Lea. This could potentially be a nickname or simply misspelled. However she is the right age, 13, to have attended school #8B being born in 1930.
There are two addresses listed, they are the same street address but one has an apartment number. So I'm figuring they are the same address.
In the Notes is listed AUSG 30.3.42 which means that she was deported on March 30 1942 most likely to Chelmo
