I am assuming here there was a misspelling in Bela's name, or that the B was perceived to be an R. She did attend School #8B which was intended for girls born between 1929 and 1932, making her 1930 birthdate fit the age range. The similarity of the two names in the birth date are what really make us think that Rela is in fact Bela.
