Gymnasium and high school for girls
Gymnasium and high school students were typically between 14 and 20 years old. A gymnasium student in September 1941 was likely born between 1921 and 1927.
The gymnasium and high school for girls was located on Otylii. The street name was changed to Ottilienstrasse when German occupation began in 1939. See
www.lodz-ghetto.com for a map of Otylii and the rest of the Lodz ghetto.

Good research. Because translations from Polish, German, and English can lead to many different spellings and variations in a name, it is possible that Marysia Mancyzk somehow became Mala Mandziuch, as the surnames sound similar. While Mala could possibily be a nickname for Marysia, and she would be the right age for the Gymnasium in 1941, I am still not convinced. Though it is likely that you have the right person, we still cannot be sure that Mala is definitely Marysia. Good work, and thank you for your effort.

Good research. However, because we are not entirely sure that we have the right person, we are not quite sure that this is the transport number of the Marysia Mancyzk that signed the album.
