User Comment:

I believe Lea Opatowska is Mirjam Lea Opatowska(ki) born 25 April 1933 and she lived at Kelm 22 flat 5 and Siegr 46 flat 5 and she was deported on 29.01.42. It's possible that Mirjam went by her middle name and she was the correct age for School #4A.

I agree! As you suggest, in 1941 she would have been 8 years old, the right age to attend school #4a. Best of luck in the next stages.

The only person I found living at Siegfr 46 flat 5 and Kelm 22 flat 5 was Rywka Ruchla Opatowski(ska) born 19/08/1901 probably Mirjam's mother. On January 16 through 29, 1942 there were 14 transports sent to Chelmno and Mirjam and her mother were on the last transport sent out and they probaby perished in the gas vans.

I agree that you have found her mother. Given the deportation date we have to assume that the family was killed in Chelmno. Thank you for your research!
