User Comment:
I believe Lajb Jeruzalem was the L. Jeruzalem who signed the album, given that he was the only L. Jeruzalem I found that was the correct age to attend school #3. I was a little unsure of how to list one of his addresses listed under Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants. It is listed as 1 Maja 32, a different format from other addresses and with a name that is not listed.

I agree that you've found one possible match. How do you feel about SUCHER LAJB JERUZALEM? I would take a look because I think he's a possible match also. I also found your Lajb under the surname Jerusalem so be sure to take a look at that record and see what other information it gives. Also note that the address is Alja Maja 1 which was later changed to Scharnhorststrasse during the German occupation. So this was probably his prewar address. I'll mark your research as possible for now but please go back and take a look at Sucher Lajb and add in the other spelling of Lajb's surname. Thanks!

User Comment:
I determined that Frymeta Jeruzalem was Lajb's mother, and Majer Szymon Jeruzalem was Lajb's brother. His sister was Szprinca or Szprynca Jeruzalem, who was listed twice under the records with the exact same information, just two different spellings of her name. I determined these were his family because they all lived at the same address as Lajb. I also learned that Lajb and his family were relocated January 13, 1944, meaning that they survived for the quite a while within the ghetto. I will need to do further research to determine what happened to them from there.
