I agree this is likely the person who signed the album. Kalisz is a city about 2 hours' drive from Lodz, and potentially a city whose Jewish citizens were deported into the Lodz ghetto--including, it appears, Szprinca, so let's keep an eye on that name and see if it appears again anywhere else.
