User Comment:
I found two boys with the last name NARWA that match the dates between 1926 and 1931. The fist boy was SZMUL NARWA born September 20, 1930. He lived at Insel 37 41 and Moltke 53. The other boy was EFRAIM ZELIG NARWA born April 13, 1928 and he also lived at Insel 37 41 and Moltke 53. I'm assuming they are siblings/cousins.

I agree that there is definitely some kind of familial relation between these boys and that we cannot determine for sure which one signed the album, since their ages are so close together. Look for both names in the next stages. Nice work!

I did a search on www.yadvashem.org and found out both boys were sent on transport train 3. I'm not sure of the dates though.
