I found Schabsa Pinkus born 22 Aug 1889, Rywka Idesa born 12 Apr 1890, Chawa born 25 Jan 1921(20), Chana Sura born 21 Mar 1923 and Ber born 1 Jan 1926 all living at the same address. I'm assuming they are Zalman's parents and siblings.

I found Zalman Holender in the Dachau Concentration Camp Records (on Jewish Gen) having arrived at Dachua on 16 Sep 1944 via Auschwitz and his prisoner number was 110103 and his brother Ber was also with him. It says "befr. Mühld." and on the glossary it says befr stands for liberated (at end of war). So I'm hoping this means Zalman survived the war.

I found Zalman Hollender in the survivors database and it states his parents are Shabtaj Hollender and Riwka Hollender. I went onto Yad Vashem and found pages of testimony submitted for Schabsa, Rywka, Chana, and Berl Holender submitted by Shlomo Zalman Holander.

I agree completely! His Dachau camp record (http://resources.ushmm.org/hsv/person_view.php?PersonId=2647821) also indicates that he was liberated in Mühldorf, a sub-camp of Dachau. Please add this important information to Zalman's record. Looks like you found a survivor. Excellent research!
