I found the parents by sifting through the Lodz Ghetto List (found from the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants database) and looking for people with the last name Kusmirak who lived at the same address as Motek. I found Szmul (born in 1900), Estera (born in 1893) and Lajb (born in 1926) all living with Motek at the same address (Muhl Gasse 29 Flat 8). They all also had the same designation of "Origin: Zgierz).

I noticed an interesting pattern as I was replicating your research: all four are also listed with the last name Kusmirek, and living at Matrosenstrasse 18 8, with minor variations in their information (Szmul's birthdate is one day different across his records; Estera's is two months different; and Motek is listed as Motel). I think that all of these describe the same family, with Muhlgasse being their first address after their transport from Zgierz, and Matrosenstrasse their second address. What do you think? (Please do enter all the alternate names as well, if you agree they're the same people.)

Previous address is listed as ZGIERZ (a town near Lodz). Given his age, it is likely that this is also where Motek was born. His occupation is listed as student, too.
