I believe Leon and Fela are the parents because they lived in the same places as Regina and are adequate ages older. I believe Abram and Izydor are her brothers because they also lived in the same places and are the right ages to be siblings.
The date moved and Fela (Tela)'s maiden name I entered after recieving the response.
