I agree that the Aleksander Malach you found is the one who signed the album. His name is the only one in our database that looks like a close match, and in 1941, Aleksander would have been 11, an appropriate age to have attended School #13B. As you note in the comments, his occupation is "Schueler," or student, further proof that we've found our man. Great job!
