After performing a 'sounds like' search we found Mordechaj Beniamin Glezer who we believe is the student. His year of birth, 1929 falls under the time constraints for attending School #13B

The names Glezer and Halzer are a little far removed for me to be certain you're found out guy, but I don't immediately see any other possibilities. The other address in the database, "Wilno," doesn't strike me as a street address. What do you think in means?
