I typed in the last name and clicked the first name. I think this is the person because the year he was born matches his school. Also his first name and middle name are similar.

It would seem strange for Jankiel and Jakub to be linked by anything other than the same first letter, since they're very different names, but you're right that there are no other possibilities, so we'll stick with this person for now.
