Student Profile: Paulina Rawska

When we entered Paulina Rawska into the database, there was no entry on her. However, we did find two entries on Pesa Rawska who we think is Paulina Rawska, although we could not find a definite source linking the two names. The birthdate for Pesa fits the time period for School#10B, and all of the addresses were in the ghetto. We found two Pesas, and believe they are the same person because they have the same birthdate and overlapping addresses.

Great start to your research! I am going to mark this submission as "possible" instead of "confirmed" for two reasons. The first simply being that we haven't found that concrete connection yet between Paula & Pesa (though the connection certainly seems plausible). The second reason I'm hesitant to outright confirm the information is that if you search for "Rawska" "P" & check the "Sounds like" box next to Last Name, there is also a result for a Perla Rewski. She definitely be on the older side for School 10B (her DOB is 1926), but technically not outside the possible range.

You may want to try a web search to see what, if any, nicknames there are for "Paula" and see if Perla or Pesa come up(therefore maybe giving another hint as to which girl is "Paula"). If that doesn't give you what you want, maybe also refine the search to Jewish nicknames and see if that gives you anything.
