I think it is very likely that you have correctly identified Rojza Herszkowicz. The name is an exact match and the birth date is in the right range. She moved from Gdanska 18 to Siegfried Strasse 18 Flat 4a.
That said, there is also a student named Rozia/Rosia Hersszkowicz who was born in 1927 and moved from Sulzfelder Strasse 31 Flat 3 to ulzfelder Strasse
36/38 Flat 27 on 28/10/1942. Rosia/Rozia was transported out of the ghetto on 28/10/1942 (after the mass transports to Chelmno of 1942 had ended). Rosia/Rozia is listed as being a student.
