User Comment:

I believe this is the right person because the birth date was in the right range and because it was the only name that popped up in the search. It is hard to tell but I believe this is the correct person.

Approver Comment:
I agree! In 1941 she would have been 11 years old, an appropriate age to be attending school #10b when she signed the album. Also note her addresses: Muehlgasse 15 flat 26, and Zeromskiego (Von-Ludendorff-Strasse) 34.

Nice work! See you in stage 2.
User Comment:
When researching Sara Kersz name in the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants Database we get two dresses. Neither of the street names are listed in the drop down section. The second address suggests that she moved during her time in the ghetto. The first name MUEHL resembles the names Müllerstrasse but we are not certain that this is the correct street so we left it blank and manually put in the street name.
Approver Comment:
Muehl is actually Mühlgasse--please add that address from the drop-down list.

Fajga Ita Kersz

Status: Submitted 11/18/2014; Possible | Researcher: mcg1220
User Comment:
We believe that Fajga Ita Kersz is the sister/cousin of Sara Kersz due to the date of birth for Fajga (10-3-22).
Approver Comment:
How did you determine they are related? Also, check your source--was she also in the database or just in the ID cards?
